Hatches as manufactured by FIORE SKYLIGHTS, INC.
will open evenly when loaded down with 18" of wet snow and against gale
wind forces of 60 mph! The hatches are operated by nitrogen cartridges released
by melting of fusible links. Two pistons drive 1400 lbs. of lifting power
orificed to dampen shock when opening. The hatch is held open against winds
by a looking lever, which may be released to re-close the cover. All servicing
can be performed from the roof. Unit shall have a standard factory warranty
of 5 years on materials and workmanship. Clear roof opening must be carefully
sized to allow lifting link to freely swing down into operating position.

IPDO Drop Out Vent manufactured at FIORE SKYLIGHTS
INC. , extruded aluminum integral curb frame and an extruded
angle retaining frame. Base curb is double wall of fabricated aluminum,
fully insulated with fiberglass. The curb frame is removable from the
curb for single ply roofs. The frame is designed to cap and counter flash
fully for this application. All drop out vents come with a rain shield
interior flashing, that ensures operation under wet conditions. Our vents,
under factory testing, have withstood over 40 lb. uniform load test, 50
lb. impact test at 6'0 and have operated at less than 5 min. under simulated
rains in less that 500'
